Clove Oils are actually very commonly mislabeled. Clove is often distilled with leaves and twigs, and is not generally offered as the premium clove bud-only distillation, like this.
Sri Lankan clove is the most expensive clove on the planet. It's highly valued in the culinary industry for being a cleaner, sweeter smelling and tasting material than from other regions. This is a rare treat - artisan-distilled bud-only steam distillation from fresh, premium clove buds.
This is the premium stuff. Candy sweet, oh-so-good artisan-distilled Clove Bud.
The materials that I get are not often found among more commonly accessible aromatherapy suppliers. The quality is in the top 1-3% that is reserved for perfumery use - and the production is often from small artisan operations rather than huge commercial commodity producers. This is a rare treat.

**DOES NOT come with a regulator. You'll want to pick up some pipettes to use, as well.
