This unique artisan Ginger oil from Sri Lanka has an intense golden color due to the top down hydrodiffusion method. This method also extracts more of the characteristic ginger notes making it a MUCH better quality than more commonly seen gingers. Overall, the aroma is intense, fresh, herbaceous, and earthy. Ginger oil blends well with Coriander, Grapefruit, Lime, and Peru Balsam.
Most Gingers on the market are CO2 extractions. We don't see too much distilled Ginger these days, let alone from Sri Lanka - which is considered to be some of the most exquisite Ginger material to work with.
This is the premium stuff. Candy sweet, piercing, oh-so-good Ginger.
The materials that I get are not often found among more commonly accessible aromatherapy suppliers. The quality is in the top 1-3% that is reserved for perfumery use - and the production is often from small artisan operations rather than huge commercial commodity producers. This is a rare treat.
Perfect for compounding your own perfume or aromatherapy blends - and incredible in an aroma diffuser.
**DOES NOT come with a regulator. You'll want to pick up some pipettes to use, as well.
