Jungle : Garo Hills - Meghalaya
Class : Wild
Distillation : Stainless, January 2021 - Clean Soak Non-Fermentation, 7-day run
Small Batch, distilled from the quality of broken chips in the photos.
Great for Daily Wear - less of a “wild artisan ride” and more of a “really solid great value” - priced well for daily use, and for my perfumers out there - also a great value for further compounding.
Musky, Leathery, with hints of Rolled Tobacco and Spice. Think “pipe tobacco and leather jackets”.
Even though it’s a clean, non-fermentation batch - many Hindis still have some leather and hay notes bordering on “barnyard adjacent” for my Western-nosed clients.
I tested this with one of my local Taiwanese friends. Asian noses in general tend to be really sensitive to any barnyard notes - even more so than Western noses. I mention this - because he loved this oil.
So I think it’s safe to say this is “safe for all noses” 😎
