When it comes to Sri Lankan Sandalwood, the materials are generally harvested from above 1000m above sea level. These high altitude materials, unless very carefully distilled - often end up smelling smokey or urinal. If you've tried any of the several Rising Phoenix Sri Lankan Sandalwoods we've put out over the years - you know that none of them have ever been smokey or urinous.

I've offered several exquisite high altitude Sandalwoods (and hope to have a few new batches ready a little later in 2023) over the years. However - I don't think I've offered an arid lowlands Sandalwood just yet, and wanted to change that.

Copper-distilled Heartwood and Roots in a 70:30 ratio to yield a gorgeous Mysore-like quality with Sri Lankan sensibility and sweetness.

Delightful on it's own - this will hold animalics, florals, and Oud in a way that enhances whatever is added to it. A perfect choice for Musk Attars, or an addition of hints of Oud.
