Ruh Genda 2022 : Premium Distilled Marigold Flower Otto Oil - Zafari

Ruh Genda - also known as Zafari - is the name of the traditionally distilled Marigold Flower. Yes, the very same Marigolds we think of as weeds, which are also very powerful medicines in the herbal world.

You've probably seen photos of beautiful garlands of Marigolds in India and not even realized it.

Ruh Genda/Zafari helps to Open the Lungs and Encourage Deep Breathing - which makes it a popular oil for use in Yoga, Meditation, and Aromatherapy. It's a perfect oil for Respiratory Deficiencies - and also great to combine with other aromatherapy combinations targeting the Lungs or other Breathing/Respiratory issues.

It's quite a rare oil outside of India, and even then, the Attar - Genda distilled into Sandalwood - is likely seen with more frequency than the pure distilled Otto, like we have here.

It's a beautiful smelling oil with a unique bitterness - which makes it ideal to pair with other florals and sweeter materials to help to counterbalance that sweetness (much the same way we do in cooking).
