This is a legally-exported, artisan-distilled "salvation distillation" of sawdust from legal furniture manufacturing in Peru.
There was a big Brazilian Rosewood fiasco a few years back, so I've been careful to acquire this through the proper channels. This material comes from a reforestation project that is distilling furniture shavings to fund reforestation projects.
Getting real, genuine rosewood oil from any location is quite difficult these days.
I don't have much of it - so first come, first served. It was expensive, but with good reason, as it goes towards a good cause.
Just a few drops of this into a blend can really transform it. Does crazy stuff to Florals and Woods.
Most of the Rosewood oils I've seen over the past few years have been, for lack of a better word, rather shitty. This stuff will knock your socks off.
This is the premium stuff. Rich, deep, floral, oh-so-good Peruvian Rosewood.
The materials that I get are not often found among more commonly accessible aromatherapy suppliers. The quality is in the top 1-3% that is reserved for perfumery use - and the production is often from small artisan operations rather than huge commercial commodity producers. This is a rare treat.
Perfect for compounding your own perfume or aromatherapy blends - and incredible in an aroma diffuser.
**DOES NOT come with a regulator. You'll want to pick up some pipettes to use, as well.
