Reminder : Order Fulfillment Timeframes - Please Read

Hey Gang,
Just a quick message reminding about the *average* turnaround times on packages :
**AVERAGE SHIPPING TIMES : 1-4 Weeks
I'm getting a good dozen or so messages every day (most of them nice...most of them) asking about when packages will ship. I wear a good dozen or so hats running this business - of which order fulfillment is just ONE of those jobs.
I have 2 virtual assistants and more than 300 people that make up my supply chain, 5 distillation operations of my own (each with their own managers that I speak with daily), various vendors on top of my own teams that I deal with for wood procurements, etc - but it's just me doing all the physical work here in the workshop, including all the bottling and labeling and order fulfillment, as well all the products that I, myself, make and extract with my own two hands. Needless to say, it's a LOT of work.
**Messaging the CHAT on our website helps big time. I get a gazillion messages a day, and sometimes I miss emails. It helps tremendously if you message via the shop platforms - as it also ties to your order. Helps cut down on the number of responses necessary. One of my assistants may also respond via the website. It's down to me alone on email. So - please do keep that in mind.
"Hire Help" is what everyone says, but the realities of that are not quite as straight forward. Let alone having the capital (and the revenues to support it) are not quite as simple as it sounds, especially as we are all still recovering from the damage done since the 2020 debacle. Like all small businesses - we, too, have been impacted - and are working hard to get back on track. Not to mention Rising Phoenix keeps growing, which also eats money like crazy. Realistically - helping hands isn't as feasible as I'd like them to be at this time.
Every day I'm up @5am, and my workday starts as late as 6:30am. As I write this, it's almost 1pm and I'm only now finishing up with responding to emails, messages, talking to my team, juggling money, sending payments, navigating whatever fires need attention with packages and Customs, etc. I have a few hours to work on packages before my patients start in a few hours. All this before 12 noon today, and the day is only half over. Even if I "finish" around 5-6pm, I'm STILL responding to messages till I head to bed. It never stops. Never. I'm just one man, and human, at that. haha Please keep the reality of Time and Physics in mind. Artisan, not Amazon.
Every day is different. Some days I have patients. Other's I don't. Some days I can work on packages all day. Some days it's "digital" work only. Interacting with clients and supply chain never stops. It's constant. Shipping packages is not. I only have 2 hands and so much time in a day to get to getting out packages - and they take WAY more time than people realize they do, especially with the increase in sample sizes since the pandemic. Full bottles take roughly 1/12th the time to fulfill than all the samples. Yes, you read that correctly. Samples take 12x more time and resources to fulfill. I understand the need for sample sizes - but damn, they eat time and resources. Don't let that stop you from sampling. Do realize full bottle orders help me ship faster.
I know people don't read the Shop Policies where I detail all this info (as well as the estimated shipping times on the shopping carts when placing orders in both Etsy and our Website). So I'm just sending out a reminder - please be patient and know that fulfillment can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks. May be quick. May take 4 weeks to get the package out the door. It all depends on my order loads and my schedule, which changes constantly.
If you happen to get this link and message as a response to an inquiry moving forward ... you'll understand why. Expediency.
I REALLY appreciate your patience. Please don't let the fulfillment time derail you from placing an order. Although I'm busy - we all need the constant flow of orders to keep the doors open - and know that your support feeds over 300 people around the world. Rising Phoenix isn't just me. Your continued support makes a big difference in a lot of lives. I'm working as hard as humanly possible to service your orders as quickly as I can.
Thanks for your support and understanding !
